Yes, all our employees signed a Non-disclosure agreement (NDA) where they committed not to take any images out of the workplace or use it for any other purposes. We also more than happy to sign up a Non-disclosure agreement (NDA) if you provide one before you place an order.
We offer several options for you to upload and download images However, we prefer and recommend the following for a safe transfer of information:

- We Transfer
- Drop Box
- Google Drive
We also open to use your FTP system. Please let us know your FTP credential so that we can upload and download images. Please visit our Upload and download page for more information.
We accept all major image file formats. These are the most common file formats, which we receive from our clients:

- Raw image files

It all depends upon your requirement. You will be required to select a return file format when you place an order. These are the options we are offering at this moment.

All our designers are highly trained and have several years of experience in image editing. We offer triple check quality control system before sending you the complete images. We are all about building a long term, trusting relationship with you.
We always try to finish the job before your selected turnaround time. But if we need more time we will immediately estimate it for you once we receive your quotation request or order. We also offer quick turnaround time for smaller jobs (5 to 20 images) which can be delivered within 6 to 12 hours.
There is a minimum charge of $4.99 USD per order. But no matter how many images you need processed, whether it would be 1 or 100 we will happily do that for you.
Yes, we will let you know by email when the complete images are ready for you to download.
Yes, we do if you find any issue or just need to add another service to your complete order than we will redo the job for you. We rarely have customers who are unhappy with our finished products. Don’t worry, send us an email and we will have it checked right away and correct any errors you might have ASAP with free of charge.
Yes, we offer weekly and monthly payment option. Many of our corporate clients prefer using weekly or monthly payment system. We create an invoice with all important information such as the price, type of service request, batch number and quantity, and the date when you send an order. So that you can easily verify the invoice before making the payment.
Yes! We offer custom rates for clients who come to us and wish to process more than 3500 images monthly. We ask you to contact us so that we can offer you a discount rate.
You can pay us via Visa, master card, bank payment and as an alternative we also offer PayPal to process your purchase.
